The serial number is needed in order to provide an accurate estimate and to ensure the correct parts are available.
The serial number can be found on a plate attached to the outboard clamp bracket.
20 Hour Service
Performed after Break-in of new engine.
Replace Engine Oil and Filter, Replace Gear Oil, Replace Boat Water Separator, Inspect Spark Plugs, Inspect and Grease Prop Shaft, Check Tilt Trim Fluid, Spray Corrosion Protection on Engine, Reset Maintenance Reminder, Leak Check Engine.
100 Hour Service
Replace Engine Oil and Filter, Replace Gear Oil, Replace Spark Plugs, Replace Engine Fuel Filter, Replace Boat Fuel Water Separator, Inspect and Grease Prop Shaft, Grease Zerk Fittings and Shift Linkage, Check Tilt Trim Fluid, Inspect External Anodes, Inspect Batteries, Spray Corrosion Protection on Engine, Reset Maintenance Reminder on Gage, Leak Check Engine.
200 Hour Service
100 Hour Service Items plus: Replace Complete Water Pump Kit, Replace Thermostats and Gaskets, Inspect Fuel Pump.
